Saturday 12th - Sunday 27th June - June in Bloom Floral Festival
Enjoy Jersey at its floral best with a week full of open gardens, demonstrations, flower shows and environmental walks.

Saturday 12th – Sunday 13th June - Spring Fair
Jersey’s traditional country fayre combines with the Jersey Rose and Flower Show and Island Spring Cattle Show to promise a full entertainment programme for all the family. Activities include cattle shows, a craft show, ring-events, food tasting, traditional country games and floral displays, demonstrations and competitions.

Saturday 19th June - Itex Walk
Covering a total distance of 48.1 miles this annual event attracts both local and visiting walkers, raising funds for Jersey charities. Walkers can expect to complete the course in anything between 12 to 21 hours.

Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th June - Jersey Rose Show
Join Samarès Manor and The Jersey Rosarians for this summer festival and spectacle of colour and fragrance in the beautiful grounds of the Manor, featuring displays, demonstrations, horticultural trade stands and traditional crafts.

Saturday 26th June - Bonne Nuit Harbour Festival
Set in a splendid north coast bay, the day will include stalls and activities for every age with live music till late, refreshments and food served all day - great day out for all the family & friends alike.

Saturday 10th – Sunday 11th July - West Show
This biennial country show takes place in the country Parish of St Peter and features rural exhibits, traditional craft stalls, demonstrations and food tastings associated with a traditional country 'fayre' as well as introducing visitors to the island's most famous residents - the beautiful Jersey Cow.

Sunday 18th July - St Helier Pilgrimage
Come and join the people of the island in their annual pilgrimage to the hermitage at Elizabeth Castle. This is a unique opportunity to take part in a Jersey tradition, visit Elizabeth Castle and the Hermitage itself, hear about the patron Saint of the island and celebrate his life. This whole event is free so come and enjoy a genuine Jersey afternoon.

Friday 23rd – The Big Gig in The Park – Will Young
Will Young was crowned Pop Idol 8 years ago on ITV, so far he has sold more than 8 million records and has recently released an album of his best known songs called The Hits. The album includes his singles Leave Right Now, Who am I and Changes. The album has already gone platinum. Sponsors Channel103 and Airtel-Vodafone have invited Will to headline in Howard David Park, St Helier, as part of their fundraising for Help a Jersey Child.

Saturday 31st July - Grassroots Music Festival
In 2009, Newton Faulkner, Natty, Pete Murray, Pepper, Ben Howard, Lloyd Yates, and Charlotte O’Connor put on a Blues/roots/reggae show on the west coast of Jersey. Complete with an eco-village, this relative newcomer to the music festival scene is already enjoying huge popularity. Artists and ticket information for 2010 to be announced later in the year.

Sunday 8th August - Seaside Festival

Thursday 12th August - Battle of Flowers Grand Day Parade
Undoubtedly one of the most spectacular carnivals in Europe. Enjoy the spectacle of flower festooned floats, musicians, dancers and entertainers providing a tremendous atmosphere for one of the highlights in our summer events calendar.

Friday 13th August - Battle of Flowers Moonlight Parade
The Moonlight Parade is an amazing evening parade of the flower covered floats that are festooned with thousands of illuminated lights to give a truly magical appearance and a fitting finale to the Battle of Flowers floral extravaganza.

Thursday 19th August - Gorey Fête
Set in the picturesque harbour of Gorey, enjoy fun for all the family, including beach events, Crown and Anchor and the famous yard of ale and spaghetti eating competitions. Sample Al Fresco eating all day.

Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th September - BREWIN DOLPHIN 12th Jersey Regatta
The Brewin Dolphin Jersey Regatta is the showpiece event in the Island’s annual sailing calendar attracting competitors from throughout the Channel Islands, the UK and France. Inaugurated in 1999, this unique and exciting event is jointly organised by the Island’s three sailing clubs and opens with a Round-the-Island race on the Friday followed by racing in St Aubin’s Bay and off the south coast on Saturday and Sunday. The packed schedule provides three days of fun and competitive racing for sportsboat, cruiser/racer, quarter ton, dayboat, dinghy and sport-catamaran classes, the whole being supported by a lively shoreside programme based at St Helier YC and the Royal Channel Islands YC.

Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th September - The Ultim8 Around the Island Adventure Race
This 8 discipline race hosts some of the country’s best athletes and is a combination of skills and fitness. The race starts and finishes from Greve de Lecq and takes in coasteering, cliff path running, kayaking, road cycling, rowing, abseiling, sea swimming and mountain biking.

A lively boutique film festival hosting an array of diverse and entertaining films, dazzling special events, talks, exhibitions, training and education. Gathering films by some of the worlds’ most talented directors and hunting out the freshest new talent. Branchage will be a banquet for all with comedy, live music, weirdly wonderful venues, parties and an entourage of filmmakers, visiting and home grown.

Friday 1st October – Friday 12th November - ‘Tennerfest’
For the 13th consecutive year, starting from the 1st October, the Channel Islands can look forward to 6 weeks of great meals at fixed prices. Across Guernsey and Jersey, the Tennerfest has over 170 restaurants taking part, meaning diners are once again guaranteed to find outstanding menus and meals created from the wealth of good food available in the islands. The Tennerfest continues to be a promotion that encourages local restaurants to create a special, all-inclusive menu that provides the diner with more at a fixed amount. Restaurateurs on both islands are offering menus starting at £10 with £12.50, £15.00 and now £17.50 options. Sunday 3rd October - Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon
The marathon starts on the streets of St Helier and runs through some of the Island's most scenic spots, taking in country lanes, picturesque valleys and the beautiful coast of Jersey. In addition to the main marathon, there is a relay race and fun run. A run for everyone! This is the fifth year that the Jersey Marathon has been held. Not only is it a great race but also contributes to the economy of the Island and to charitable causes.

Saturday 9th – Sunday 10th October - Autumn Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Show
The Royal Jersey Horticultural Society invites you to experience the shades of autumn with floral displays of all kinds and fruit and vegetables arranged in the most creative of ways. There will also be a poultry and small animal display and the Island Autumn Cattle Show as well as afternoon tea with home made cakes.

Join the National Trust for Jersey as they make this delicious local delicacy from the Island's apple harvest. Peel the apples, stir the pot and learn about the history and tradition of Black Butter making in Jersey and how it can be used with different foods today.
